Success does not have to be difficult

You should do these three things daily for 90 days. You will be amazed at the results you achieve.

  1. Plan your week in advance

Plan your week before you plan your day.

Your calendar is the perfect mirror of your success – and calendars never lie. You’ve done a great job if you are happy with the results.

You need to alter how you spend your time if you are not happy with the results.

  • Spend 20 minutes mapping out your default calendar before the start of each week.
  • Make a list of tomorrow’s tasks while they are still fresh in your memory.

You can then be productive as soon as you arrive at the office instead of spending the first 30 minutes wandering around, trying to decide what to do.

You’ll also sleep better, as any anxiety will disappear as soon as the thoughts are put down on paper.

You may be surprised to find that you have new ideas when you awaken in the morning!

  1. Start with the end goal in mind…and work towards it!

Humans create everything three times. First, we create new goals. Then, we imagine what our future will be like. Second, we can create a plan or map. Third, we must manifest our ideas in reality. 1. Decide how much action you will need to take, and commit to it!

You figured out what to do in your plan but what about how much you need to do?

This brings us back to the calendar. Make sure you have enough time to do the right thing in the right quantity.

This is the number of calls you may need to make if your goal is to increase sales. It is more powerful to say “I have to call 60 people every day” than “I must make some calls.” You can plan your day if you know that you will need to call 60 times per day.

Track your progress. Record your time and your calls. Write down how much you achieved. You can also hire a coach to keep you accountable.

These are the three pillars of success:

  1. Plan the day ahead of time – prepare your week for success and update your to-do lists at the end each day.
  2. Start with the end in sight… and commit to it. Visualise your goals, create a plan, and commit to doing whatever it takes.
  3. Decide how many actions you will need to complete…and then commit to them – give it a number!
